1981 Honda Cb900 Custom

A true classic you can own, ride, and not break the bank! Very clean and recently intensely serviced CB 900 Custom, not only is this a vintage bike with a lot of the cool looks of the '60s to early '80s bikes, but this one is also unique in that it is a bit of a Frankenstein machine, borrowing components from the CB750 and CB900F, drivetrain from the CX and GL touring bikes, and it has essentially a 10-speed transmission consisting of 5 gears with a hi and low range for each gear. This rare find is in great condition and it had the full touring get-up, so although they are not attached to the bike currently it comes with the Hondaline color matched fairing and the 3 hard storage cases, all very hard to find and expensive to acquire today! Bike has relatively low original miles, current owner acquired it around 20 years ago but he built a bit of a collection for himself and unfortunately it didn't get ridden for several years. To get it back in tip top running and sellable shape it was brought to the local Honda experts at Vintage Motorcycle Repair. All 4 carbs were rebuilt and synched, fuel tank cleaned and treated, petcock replaced, new plugs, all new fluids, front brake calipers and master cylinder rebuilt, valves checked & adjusted, new valve cover seals, rear brake caliper rebuilt, and front forks rebuilt. Now it looks AND runs great and we think it is a real collector find for someone at $4,795.00!
